Clinical Supervision

Working toward clinical licensure? I offer clinical supervision for Illinois-based LSWs and LCPs seeking the supervision they need to meet licensure requirements. Supervision follows Illinois IDFPR requirements and is tailored to your clinical experience, goals, and professional development. Supervision is available virtually or in person in Springfield, Illinois.

My clinical perspective comes from a range of social work settings, including foster care case management, hospice and home health, public health, and private practice. I’ve worked with individuals and families navigating complex systems, significant life transitions, and severe trauma.

I’ve also worked as a program coordinator for a public health association, where I gained experience leading large teams and providing individual support, guidance, and mentorship. As an adjunct professor, I taught future social workers about anti-racism, anti-ableism, and anti-sexism.

These experiences shape a supervision approach that values clinical skill, critical thinking, ethical and culturally responsive practice, collaboration, and developing your own professional voice. I believe good supervision should provide both support and thoughtful challenge, helping you grow into the clinician you want to become.

Supervision ranges from $80-$100 per hour.

Choosing a clinical supervisor is an important decision. If you’re looking for a supervisor who will support your growth while challenging you to think critically, develop your clinical voice, and build confidence in your work, I’d love to connect.
